I’m here to help. I provide anxiety and grief relief using evidenced-based practices including mindfulness, clarifying values, committed action, and grief therapy.
I will teach you actual tools to practice in the real world. We will identify effective strategies and use them successfully in any situation. We will explore new insights and see patterns before you get stuck in them.
